Many Concrete Structures Fall under a Category (2013)

This was a sketch illustration that I created for my Diagrammatic Cognition panel presentation at CogSci 2013 in Berlin. The picture is a visual aid for explaining how symbolic properties afford the communication of abstract categories with greater specificity relative to pictorial properties.
